My job was to keep them from stalling and messing over the customer even more than they already have. Dealers hated to get a call from me if they did a customer wrong. The good thing is I came from the dealer world. I knew when the dealer was wrong, but there were also cases where the customer was wrong. The dealers

I hear ya. This is completely unacceptable behavior on so many levels. Even if it were not a Rover, it is still someones property, and it is just plain wrong.

“It’s a Rover. You have to know that you’re going to get really familiar with the dealership’s loaners if you buy a Rover.”

Not to mention the abuse of the customers’ trust. What if the Rover was damaged while being used by dealer staff?  The small print on the service contract would not keep me from taking immediate and persistent action to address this. I would not stop until we reach a reasonable resolution. We would have to figure out

First of all, I am shocked, shocked that a high quality car like a Range Rover would require so many trips to the service department.”

They don’t forget. They don’t care, don’t pay attention, or are just plain clueless. No matter what it’s your job to make sure those rotors are shiny!

LOL... yeah when they come in saying that you see sales people scatter. The problem is sometimes they are serious customers just joking around, and sometimes they are exactly what you thought they were.  You really never can tell until it’s too late. Either you watch a car get delivered by a co worker or you get stuck

Ummmm.... I was just curious about this reply. I did not ask the question, and I did not co-sign on the KIA being on the same level of the X7. With that being said, the KIA is a good alternative if you cannot stomach the window sticker of higher end brands. It is not an Audi, BMW, or Mercedes. It is a good effort by

Sir, I cannot go against Mother Nature....”

Not a complaint just having some fun... Nothing more nothing less.

I agree... I can see where it has a certain appeal to a fisherman.

LOL... I actually thought it would be cool if it flips and slides out.

The additional replacement BBQ grill grids for the Ultimatest tailgating experience......

I hear ya. I was just looking at the Levorg the other day. I love fast longroofs, but I do realize they are not everyone’s cup of tea. That is fine. I know car companies will not go through the expense of making them for the US if they don’t sell. I just wish we had more access to some of the hot wagons from around

I love wagons. This one looks great. This was one of my favorite colors in the Accord. If the car is all it appears to be then NP!

You are speaking my language! I was an Audi/Porsche brand specialist and I also worked for AOA as a case manager/dealer liaison. I saw that you had an Avant. I love longroofs! If I could get my hands on any RS Avant, but of course newer ones are only across the pond now. Hard to find used ones that have not been

I have had 13 Vdubs so far. Rabbit and Golf GTI’s, GLI’s, VR6 Passat sedans / wagons, Tiguans and Touaregs. I gave up my last GTI to my nephew since I obtained a company car.  Driving a demo for now. CTS Performance. Right now I am actually shopping for the next VW. Not sure what I am going to get. I have been looking

They could take my money....!

If they even wore any to the party to begin with......

Stars to you! I bet they smell like Musk ... LOL
