Good point..  Did not look at it that way.  He did not seem to be that type but I did not know him as well as his daughter.  I just knew his direct reports loved him and he seemed to be a great boss from what I knew of him.

Yup they wanted him to come back.  He had over 100k between accounts and investments.  Mind you this was not all of his money!  They really felt it when he left.
