Design inspiration can come from anywhere......

Really... Your opionion is your opinion, and you are more than welcome to it. I was simply pointing out that I am aware of the all the efforts in the industry to try and reach this goal. Did not ask you to trust me literally. Just a figure of speech.  

I would say I am not wrong. I gave a general view of the average consumer with the means to buy these cars. I would say that a good portion of the owners will not be people on those forums or even this one. I was not speaking of actual car people who know what they are buying. I was speaking of those with the money

LOL.... but you can carry more stuff home from the mall. Mind you the major shopping malls is where you will find most of these anyway. The valets are likely to push these closer to their performance limits than the average owner ever will... I bet most of the owners will have no clue about the....

Trust me I know about all of this. I’m in the auto industry. I just don’t see it becoming a reality anytime soon. I know it is a goal, but I just have a hard time seeing it being the norm in the near future.

I worked for the brand for 5 years. I am an Audi fan for sure, and especially an Audi with a manual. I can appreciate the fact that a master tech did the swap. With that being said, I have to agree on CP for this one. I would not risk taking on this car, and definitely not at that price.
