I maintain that for 99.9% of “offroading” people do, they could use literally any vehicle. I couldn’t count the number of dirt/gravel roads I took a stock Mini Cooper down. Appreciation for engineering/mechanical devices. Both watches and cars have an incredible amount of design, engineering and craftsmanship involved and I have an appreciation for that type of work.
