One does not ‘earn’ civility, and your lack of it reflects more upon you than anyone else. It is clear to me now that your prejudice and hate have obscured your ability to reason. If you are really interested in seeing another facet of this discussion I am not asking you to rely on my opinion, as I have suggested

Actually, it is worse than that. She was not JUST diagnosed with pneumonia. She was diagnosed Friday. While Ms. Evan’s wording is not as clear as it could be, the actual quotation from the doctor indicates that HRC was diagnosed last week.

You hadn’t heard? Disagreeing with TheVagenius makes one an idiot automatically. At least that’s what I hear.

If you feel as though you want your opinions to only be heard within an echo chamber, by people who agree with you all of the time, perhaps the internet is not the best choice? To be clear, I commented on the article, and thought that the arguments made in the Guardian article that was cited hewed closer to how a

I didn’t suggest that mansplaining was synonymous with rude. From what I have read, it is a component though. To be clear, I was saying that among other bad behaviors, rudeness was one that you were expressing. Clearly, I’m not incorrect on that count.

I would be for this, if it only applied to this election.

Thank you.

So now we know what victory tastes like.

The problem is that the campaign allowed her to be placed in this position.

This is a REALLY bad unforced error by the Clinton campaign. Whoever allowed this to be on the schedule should be fired for mismanagement. Putting the candidate in this situation, for over 90 minutes, in a solidly blue state, is political malpractice.

I read the article. I then read the Guardian piece. I then made my comments. In that order. I stand by my observation.

WOW, just wow. Rather than attempting to portray even a veil of civility you reach for ad hominem attacks and stand by your hateful rhetoric. If I needed an example of the universality of the behavior in question here you have offered it for full display.

“Calling your choice to be abstinent “integrity” sure as fuck doesn’t sound like feminism to me.

Your comment is rude, dismissive, and prejudiced. At no point did I say, or mean to infer, that “I know everything.”. I offered my opinion. The only fact I offered is that “The behavior in question most certainly occurs between any combination of genders.” If you think that is untrue - say so. However, if you think

I see no reason to create a word that ascribes this behavior based on gender. The behavior in question most certainly occurs between any combination of genders.

Because it is an offhand way to dismiss the opinion of another, while also suggest that it is, at least in part, based on their gender?

Asking J.K. Trotter about journalism is akin to asking a pastry chef about quantum physics. Anything he may offer of value is completely unexpected, and you would likely have been better served asking someone who was credible on the subject.

Hmm, what a fascinating statement. I completely disagree with the premise. Even having heard about Piney, I know there to be a ton of stuff that is worth learning about Glass. However, I do feel that your statement tells me that there is probably not much of anything I care to know about you.

Truth, progress, and humanity all have a well established liberal bias.

No. Journalism is more than the collection of facts.
