Count me in as really liking Doran. And even Arianne. Not so much Quentyn, though.
No. Next episode is entirely at The Wall. The Tyrion/Tywin scene is in episode 10
No, no. I said "I hope to remain ignorant", you see. Thanks!
I'm not sure why he should be? As he said, he stopped. When he realized he liked Dany he stopped. And he is basically the one giving her the best advice. So, yeah, I don't really see why he should have been banished.
Ugh. I actually couldn't even watch the final minute. I even muted the sound. Therefore, I have no idea how gruesome it was. And I hope to remain ignorant.
Well, I'm hoping the Boltons get routed in Book 6, but I don't think it has officially happened yet.
Really? I must have missed that part of the trailer. … going to watch it now. I didn't see it in two of the official trailers i just watched. Which one shows this?
The way Theon's story is so advanced but The Wall stuff is dragging so much is basically what is producing a lot of these filler Ramsay/Theon/Asha scenes this season. I'm worried about not seeing any casting calls for the Iron Islands characters in that leaked information. I swear, if we get another season that has…
Yeah, I was hoping in this episode Jaime or Tyrion would explain why Oberyn is called The Red Viper. So that I could talk about it with my newbie friends. But, alas. They actually both commented on basically knowing nothing about his fighting style.
Oh, I think they could sell it with Qyburn. They've dropped enough hints about him.
That would be kind of cool, actually!
I'm pretty sure it has to be "whoever dies first is the loser". Although, in this case…. I'm giving it to Oberyn on the technicality that The Mountain was basically dead as soon as Oberyn struck him with that spear. Plus, Oberyn made his enemy suffer more, so I'm giving him some bonus points.
Yeah! He gets off on being withholding!
For all the good the armor and big fucking sword does him in the end.
I'm very glad they cast really good actors to play Ramsay and Theon. (And Roose.) This is probably the only thing making this story tolerable at this point.
I'm hoping they might speed that up? Show it starting in episode 10? I'd love to get some feeling of satisfaction over this before the end of the season.
Aw, I really want to see that. Haven't bought the S3 set yet. Pycelle makes me laugh so much. He's so awful. I love how Tywin, Tyrion and even Cersei now just seem so sick of him.
That would also be a good option. I just can't imagine the tv show portraying the actual re-birth scene. If we just come on her already as LSH, that would be pretty cool.
