Wow. Great cast. How bad is the state of network tv if actors like these are going to Netflix?

Well, technically speaking, I don't think he was the black sheep brother in "Animal Kingdom". I mean, he was doing exactly what his mother wanted.
Yeah, I am recording off Nat Geo as well. I'm now wondering if the FOX airing has anything different?
It would be so nice if every major city was as wonderful as its most romantic depiction in film.
Oh God, we had mice, not rats, but still. For weeks my parents didn't believe me that there were mice in the kitchen. I sat in the kitchen one night and actually SAW one creep under the door leading from the garage right into the kitchen, run right across the open floor to the oven and climb under it. With me sitting…
If he thinks he needs a film to tie everything up he should probably apologize to Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse. He did some serious bitching about the "Lost" finale. And while I know that finale had issues, at least Lindelof and Cuse made a commitment to respect fans by giving the show a definite ending in the…
I would chip in at least $100 towards making that "Pushing Daises" movie happen.
Absolutely. Maybe the best scene Braugher has had on the series so far. I agree that it ranks up there with the one where Peralta calls Holt "Dad".
So, as I previously mentioned, I had begun to suspect, based on comments here, that I had never actually seen "The Emperor's New Cloak". Last night I watched it. Wooo! A new Star Trek episode!
Five Final Jeopardy answers correct in a row! Wooo!
This is my 4th FJ correct in a row! Yeah, I'm still ridiculously pleased with myself for getting those 3 last week.
I'm pretty much there with you. I liked it. But, wow, the depictions of anything having to do with classical music were really bad. Maybe the production team can teach the actors some basics? Also, the whole drinking game was silly.
I wasn't sure. I was laughing. But, I wasn't sure if it was intentional. Or if it was maybe because my classical music training made several parts of seem ridiculous.
I sincerely hope that someone teaches Gael Garcia Bernal how to conduct. Even just the basics. Even when he just stood there on the podium looking like he was about to *start* conducting he looked ridiculous.
I got the last three FJ questions right! And unlike the previous week, this feels like a real achievement. I actually got 4/5 correct on FJ this week. I am super impressed with myself. I would have probably bet $0 on that Borders FJ, so at least I wouldn't have lost money when I had no clue about the answer.
I got Updike right away! Actually never thought of Roth. For some reason I don't consider his books to be a "series" the way I do Updike's. Why? The brain works in mysterious ways.
I was skeptical of the screenwriter having a background in music because if so, how could the concept of "Perfection" be the centerpiece of the film? How the hell could this piece be played "perfectly"? That's not even a thing that exists or is achievable. The sniper just wants him to play all the right notes? It…
I'm sorry to come to this so late. But, I did want to chime in that this is one of my favorite episodes of television ever. This was one of the first episodes I ever saw of this show. The way this episode illuminates the character of Dr House is freaking brilliant. I'm reasonably sure that this one episode made me…
That is one of my new favorite sentences ever. I'm a big fan of the absurd. Somehow I doubt the show will be as entertaining as that line indicates.
Again, the man is an actor who gets paid to recite pre-written lines. He knew in advance what he'd be presenting, and there was a rehearsal available. There is no excuse for mangling the name.
