I wanted to laugh, but I winced instead.

So, do we have a designated place to discuss Breaking Bad before the review goes up? Because …… AAAAAAAAAAARRRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!
Oh God. I was so enjoying all the jokes until this moment. No! No, please! How can Av Club comments exist without page numbers??
Just wanted to add to the appreciation of "Rocks and Shoals". I think it is an excellent episode. I love the way the two different stories work with each other. I really love the dark themes being explored. I think the entire war arc is justified by this one episode. It is absolutely one of the best of the series.
Yes! As I just commented above, I like that this makes Jake look like a normal idiotic, naive teenager. Oh, I just love that scene between Jake and Weyoun so much.
I am still pondering how I feel about episode 6 of season 6. And I watched it when it first aired. So, yeah, I am definitely looking forward to hearing what Zack has to say about it.
Weyoun is such a great character. I really love DS9's commitment to showing us the villains' side of the story. And Weyoun brings so much to that story. I like how he has a different relationship with all the main characters, from the Changeling to Dukat to Damar.
Yeah, it is super annoying. In this episode I choose to take it as a stress reaction. Plus, it is clearly set up for the final line. But, I'm very glad the writers dropped this soon after.
I seem to recall it being around in the Eddington episodes. But that is my earliest clear memory of that room.
Welcome back!
Oops, I haven't watched the opening season 6 episodes yet.
No, those can't be cancelled! I am still trying to watch the series. Those need to be here for when I finally catch up!
I'm still watching, too. Likewise, just because it is the last season. I am also terrible at giving up shows. I thought I had figured it out when I was able to give up "Glee" so easily. But, here I am, still watching "Burn Notice", a show I stopped liking at least 2 seasons ago.
@avclub-1343022fc4003e2cf16f0368302d86e8:disqus That photo is amazing! Thank you for bringing some humor to my day.
Ooh, I didn't know Criterion was releasing a Blu-Ray of this! How exciting! This is one of my favorite spy novels, and it translated so well to the screen. LeCarre's books are so good, I am often amazed that there seem to be so many good film versions. Usually I don't like film adaptations of good books.
Very good points.
You think she scored more votes than Twitch? I don't believe that. I think Joshua and Twitch were way ahead in the voting for weeks and weeks prior to the finale. I assumed someone took pity since none of the girls even had a shot to win.
Isn't he the lead in some upcoming CBS show? I thought I saw that somewhere. Googling…Ah, yes. It is a midseason show called "Intelligence". Starts in February.
Yes! Thank you! I work very late on Tuesday nights, so this show often gets pushed to weekend viewing for me. I don't comment much, but I do read the reviews. Your reviews make me feel excited to see the show. I am glad to see so many people who love seeing this high level of dance on network tv.
Wooo! Really happy there is going to be another season! I was quite worried about it this year. I haven't seen either of the last two episodes yet. Now I'll be even happier to watch them this weekend.
