That pirate fellow and that insane Night's Watch conscript were both fun (albeit in different ways); I hope we see more of each (but the latter better stay the fuck away from Arry). I'm liking Davos a lot so far; I hope his zealot son doesn't fuck him over, but I'm guessing he will. I imagine that going down in one

I listened to Felicia Day's interview with Riki Lindhome on Lindhome's Making It podcast.  I learned a lot about Day.  Her academic credentials are quite impressive (I always liked her, but I never guessed she was such a star student), and it was really neat listening to her talk about her acting career's inception

Yeah, they worked out some exclusive deal with GameStop to release it here.  They announced a while back that The Last Story will be coming out here too, later this year I think (and not as a GameStop exclusive either).  Still no Pandora's Tower, but who knows, if the other two do well enough, then we could pull a hat

I watched Hanna on blu-ray, and thoroughly enjoyed it.  The Chemical Brothers' score has a couple really sections, and Saoirse Ronan is a very talented (and stunning) young actress.  There were some great action sequences (such as the fight in the garage with Eric Bana's character, and the three thugs' pursuit of

All true, but it's just hard to really gauge the significance of those facts, being that he was dosed with ketamine at the time.  Unless he plans to inject himself in the future, those hallucinations, as cool as they were, seem unlikely to have much long-term relevance, if any.

I like this explanation more, but I think the nodding one might be more likely.

It is annoying, but then she occasionally, very rarely, posts a completely positive comment, and it's oddly heartwarming.

Whoa.  Most unexpected.

Lowenstein… Lowenstein…

That's definitely true; I can't say I much care for their ads.  They seem intentionally misleading — as if big, definite revelations are going to happen with each episode.  Or as if the only thing you should be concerned about is which of the two worlds is real… which seems like a huge oversimplification (at least, I

It's truly uncanny territory, this "dream(s) or reality?" question, and it's being tread quite skillfully in recent episodes.  This episode and last week's have gotten me really invested in that question, whereas before that I had been just waiting for the answer; now I'm actively wondering about it while I watch.

That was a really great episode, and I believe I am now officially hooked on this show.  I really hope it sticks around for a while.  The penguin was fantastic, and I really hope that kind of thing continues to happen; I do get the sense that the show would do well to commit to the idea of Michael's worlds becoming

The berserker and the juggernaut (bitch).

One thing I'd definitely like to see discussed in the interview is how strictly written and shot the show is.  I've always wondered, pretty much as long as I've watched the show.  It seems so relaxed a lot of the time, and I find myself wondering if there's some improvisation going on.  One instance in this particular

Good point, I guess it was kind of a critical plot twist, maybe too much so to be shrugged-off.  I think I just want to like the show more than you do, and that's why I'm willing to go through with the shrugging anyway, hehe.  Though, for what it's worth, I believe the nanny and Stewie were at Stu's house, not

Anybody else think Jenna looked rather hot in that smurf makeup?

Harry Jefferson: Very Old Student.

Never seen that not work.
