LOL @ cake-sloth.  Agree with your sentiments on the rest of the episode.  Nothing worked.  But at least it dialed-down the Clyde.

He was hilarious as John Huntsman in Funny Or Die's republican debate sketch.  But here he's much too obnoxious to be very enjoyable.

Agree 100%.  Thematically perfect; an unusually high level of maturity throughout, but still quite funny; and lots of well-written dialogue.  Until, as you said, that last couple minutes happened.  Just felt kind of shoehorned-in and very rushed.  But then again, I guess we don't know for sure what Karen means by

I'm thrilled about Sheila pulling that 180, and I also really liked the turn with Ethel and Malik — a pleasant, maybe-permanent departure for a character whom I liked but whom also creeped me out.  The other stuff… pretty bad.

I'd gladly let myself be revenged upon (which, let me be clear, is not a euphemism for defecation) by Emily VanCamp.  Or Evangeline Lilly.  Or even Ellen Page.  How come all the Canadian broads I can think of have names that start with E?

Indubitably!

Damn straight, Swan, my man.

It's funny how Whitney Houston gets a big tribute thing a few days after she dies, and Bernie Mac has to wait several years for his.  I guess because she had the wisdom to be a drugged-up loser and Bernie just died of pneumonia like an idiot.

I think the implication was that they'd already been there and smashed everything up, before Peter and Olivia showed.

I think the case of the week ended because, with the documents destroyed and the scientist guy dead, the kids felt safe, 'cuz they knew their secret would never come out.

I'M COVERED IN BEES!

GOB's not onboard.

Did she lose the hand when she dived in?  I thought she got it lopped off by the portal, just like when Jones got sliced in half. Which, yes, would've still happened in this timeline.

Ahh, that makes more sense.  I had read it as Nina just being sure that her replacement of the Cortexiphan with food coloring would work.  Other Nina stealing it makes some amount of sense.

Sorry, no.  I'm Portia Doubleday.

Hey, there's also Shameless.  And it's on Showtime, so it'll never be cancelled.

Agreed.  Just like the people comparing Key & Peele to Chappelle's Show.

I liked Mr. Sunshine.

I could go for a Spartacus MUD.

Wait, this is the third season?  I woulda sworn it was the second. Oopsie-doopsie, I made a season-numbering woopsie.  But anyway, yes to everything you said.
