Ahh okay, that'd make sense.
Ahh okay, that'd make sense.
But that would end up being the same show every week, most nights.
Yup, while he was a jackass, all that behavior could've totally killed on a comedy show. Third earl of Essex?
… and dinosaurs threaten to overrun the last vestiges of humanity…
North America is a fucking weird-looking person.
I believe I was 18 or 19 when I fell off that bandwagon. And 15 or 16 when I got on.
It's sad times two.
Aha! Thank you, good sir with good ears or closed captions.
I never really saw Brian/Rudy as fitting the same "model" as Lila and Miguel. He was a killer all along, while the latter two only became killers after meeting Dexter. Different dynamic, IMO.
Good on you for calling him Yasiin Bey. I noticed that he was back to "Mos" in this week's titles. Dude needs to make up his mind.
True, that "pard card" rant was pretty entertaining. I think your parody idea has a lot of merit as well. I doubt the showrunners will ever have/commit to that idea, but it would be a hell of an interesting experiment.
Now always comes too soon.
Good thing. I've had just about enough of everyone's Vassar-bashing.
I tuned in last week for the first time in a while, head the live Geoff, grimaced. I didn't love the old Geoff, but the play between him (or "it," I guess?) and Craig was occasionally really hilarious. But if the Geoff puppet is just a surrogate for some real dude who's right there, then I just don't see the point…
He's Chance O'Harrigan, international man of talkshow snobbery.
@avclub-1e98b8abf1ee5fc9a1e44168b7e3e53e:disqus It's funny, because this string of comments here is pretty much the only time I've ever seen anyone say a kind word about Craig Ferguson (and they're commingled with unkind words). All I ever seem to see is people declaring their distaste for him/his show. I guess I…
Great stuff with Walter and Peter, kinda weak stuff with the shapeshifter.
And if he turns out to be terrible at his job, you can blame Tibor for your vote.
Well, that's fair. That was the major arc, at least. Although I'd replace "bad guy" with "frenemy" in that description.
I don't think such a reveal could even be good in the 6th season of a show, even if [insert your pick for best-written drama ever]'s writers were handling it. 1st or 2nd, absolutely; maybe even 3rd. Beyond that it would just beg the question, "Why didn't this happen earlier?"
