The car flipping on C&B really grinds my gears. It’s not just the slimy practice of the flippers, but that Doug took his car nerd enthusiasm and credibility and parlayed it into a medium that has enriched him and warped the market for cool cars that shouldn’t have become so exclusive or unobtainable. Don’t get me

This story was shrug worthy to me until I got to the “I’ll enjoy the new car but my payment on that one will be higher as the down payment is now lower.”

We have a similar issue in Denver with the influx of marijuana money and companies not being able to put all that cash in the bank. Lot of companies realized if they had a few hundred thousand they couldn’t put in an FDIC insured bank, they could instead just go buy a house cash, rent it and get an insurance policy

Foreign investors and even real estate investment groups should be banned from buying single-family homes. Period. It serves no purpose but to enrich far-away investors, further shrink impacted housing inventories, and make it even harder for real people to buy homes. I have seen a number of homes sold in my

When Seattle had their primary boom not long ago, there was a major issue with foreign businesses literally just buying houses with cash, sitting on them for 6 months to a year, and then re-selling them. The city tried to pass laws that required some level of residence, but they all got shot down in court while I was

The thing I hat, and this really grind my gears. Is people buying cars with no intention to keep them and just to sell them. I can’t say how many times I’ve gone through the auction sites and seen new cars with less than one tanks worth of mileage on them being sold (I remember there was a huge craze back with the

Yeah, one can buy a lot of CUV for that money, I’d take a $40K 2.5T CX-5 or CX-50 any day of the week over a 2.4L Cherokee. This will be a model that will need some cash on the hood to move.

Of these, my vote goes to the ELR.

From a gunshow in Texas.

Can we just stop with the winter storm naming? The National Weather Service and NOAA don’t do it. The for-profit Weather Channel INSISTS on pushing it down upon everyone who visits their site.

It would be interesting to see the After-Action Report, or AAR. How many of the stranded vehicles had winter survival kits? How many had proper winter tires? How many of those drivers absolutely had to be on the road? Was their enough media blitz warning against this (through FB, social media, TV, radio, etc.)? If so,

I am impressed with just how deep its crumple zone is, on the first test shown here. That car really collapses in on itself”

There is a Buick/GMC dealer near me. Used to have Pontiac too back in the day. They have 13 Buicks on the lot.

Where are people finding Buick dealerships?

The worst part is that he seems completely obsessed with Markle. If you don’t like her for any reason, that’s fine, just keep it to yourself, fucking let it be, and stop thinking about her so much like some sort of perv. It’s weird as hell that an old white man is obsessing over a young woman and making statements

I know a few. usually buying large tricked out trucks that serve no purpose beyond ferry them to walmart and for a place to keep their truck nuts hanging loose.

What insane person is spending over $1,000/mo on a car payment??? I just can’t even.

I’m assuming the technology they're cramming into this thing isn't cheap, and Sony is probably losing a bit of money even at that price, but wow that's a big hit. I'll definitely wait for a sale unless they announce something big for it

Just an FYI, Hyundai/Kia naming scheme uses even numbers for sedans (Ioniq6) and odd numbers for SUVs (Ioniq5).

Note, Kia considers the EV6 (even number) a sedan even though it’s very similar in layout to it’s badge-mate Ioniq5.  The EV7 will be Kia’s SUV (rumored 3 row SUV).

and an ugly one at that.
