That is just plain weird. I never knew people stuck out their index fingers when cutting. Or maybe it is just me who grew up seeing my chef dad cooking all my life.

It also applies to programming languages. Just have to look up the syntax and get to coding. Soon after, one gets used to it and start coding without second thought. Example would be learning Java,C, C++, Python, ARM and MIPS in 2 years, which might be rather slow.

How well do you think this tutorial will serve in GIMP? I tried, as a beginner to do some basic drawing in Photoshop, and it I couldn't do it. However, when I tried to do so in GIMP, it was a lot easier to do so.
