The combat animations and general aesthetics remind me of Monster Hunter. This is a good thing. *picks up a lance* lets do this.

@SuicidalEarthworm: I have those pads, they are called Real Triggers and they work GREAT. I love em. But I'd murder to have the Dpad and Analog stick switch places like a 360 controller. PSclaw is no fun. sony's ergonomics engineer should be hung drawn and quartered.
