I just want to say... Evan, it’s a joy to be reading your comic articles again.

Agreed, I am disappoint that they don’t offer a pig-in-the-blanket variation with the burger (cow-in-a-blanket?)

I’m really excited for this. The first party games on the Switch so far have been excellent, and I expect this will be the same.

I just hope it’s actually impactful. It feels like their quality has sort of dived a bit with Fallout 4. It wasn’t bad, but it didn’t leave the same impression as 3 or New Vegas did.

Hoping that they start thinking about that after the Fox buyout.

The creepiest thing to me is that it seemed so human like in it’s cadence, hesitation, and all that. So now... the only way to tell if someone is a human in the future is for them to talk like a robot so you know it’s not a robot.

a few skips down the rabbit hole and computers will put US in boxes and use us as random

Was ther a cartoon theme song that screamed “This is the 80s!” more than MASK?

In a nutshell - Transformers + GI Joe.

One of the beauties of animation is that anyone (regardless of age, race, sex) can play a character on screen. H. Jon Benjamin doesn’t have to be fit and attractive to play the World’s Greatest Secret Agent. Nancy Cartwright doesn’t have to be 12 years old or a boy to play the most iconic troublemaker in television

Is there anything offensive about Apu other than his voice at this point? I mean he’s a business owner with a beautiful wife and was a very popular bachelor in one episode at least. Sure they use his Indian heritage to set up some jokes, but at this point is he really that different than any other Simpsons character?

It didn’t stop being funny 20 years ago.

Well, unquestionably the best X-Force movie ever.

The first Pacific Rim is such a delight. A big dumb fun movie that was directed, edited, and executed with confidence and competence.

Face it: Without Del Toro’s involvement, the original Pacific Rim would have been another dopey FX spectacle with a bland lead — I honestly cannot tell Charlie Hunnam apart from Sam Worthington, Taylor Kitsch, or any of those other dudes who were so popular with casting directors 5-10 years ago. Del Toro gave the

The actor herself has debunked this and said that she was not forced to do anything. Her parents were on set with her. I think you’re finding a level of malice that simply doesn’t match up with what actually occurred, all caps or no.

Didn’t they lose?

They really don’t. At this point, anything less than a hot stone massage seems to be harassment, it’s like people who haven’t ever had to do anything difficult and stressful in their lives are suddenly being given a platform to whine about any and all perceived slights when they themselves don’t have much in the way

This is a complaint for the HR department, not the internet.

When people who don’t comprehend what abuse is speak out, we get crap like this. Yelling at someone, isn’t abuse. Being harsh in the work place in a stressful time, isn’t abuse. It’s not awesome, but it’s certainly not abuse.

DC has struggled with this because they’ve always been more about the adventures and hijinks and wow factor of a universe with these powerful beings.
