Jason. This review is phenomenal. One of the best things Kotaku has ever done. *slow clap*

One of the best reviews I’ve read on this site...bravo. Now I’m even more excited for tomorrow!
I’ll never play this game (not a FF fan, no PS4/XBone, etc), but this was as well-written of a review as I’ve seen on Kotaku in a long, long time. Well done, Jason.
At a certain point in reading this I stopped considering whether I’m putting down money and just got engrossed in a moving and emotionally vivid review. That was great.
Nobody on The Slot is going to blame Debbie Wasserman Shultz and I think that’s crazy.
You really going to demonize me because I liked neither Trump or Clinton and voted for the Libertarian ticket with the hope of expanding a two party system to add more alternatives? I understand you are demoralized with the results, but these sorts of tantrums and talking in absolutes that condemn people with…
Or, all the Johnson voters would’ve voted for Trump anyway...
Wouldn’t people voting for Johnson take away from Trump’s votes? Why is it assumed that if these people hadn’t voted for Johnson, they would’ve voted for Hillary?
Everyone I know who voted Johnson voted Republican down ticket. That’s just 3 people and completely anecdotal, but if you really forced Johnson voters to pick Trump or Clinton, I’m not sure it would’ve swung the election in her favor anyway.
I think he did. If anything Johnson most likely helped make this closer for Hillary than it otherwise would’ve been. Trump won whether Gary Johnson existed or not.
I guess I don’t understand his platform that well, but I thought he took votes more from the Repubs than from Dems?
Fuck people who stayed home, wrote in Bernie, or left the President choice blank (My Father.) even more.
I rewatch the show once a year in some strange ritual of re-centering myself. The principles and topics discussed and grappled with in the show apply to all walks of life and help me personally find understanding in how I feel and what I need to prioritize to be at some sort of peace. It’s quite beautiful.
I was blown away by how much I enjoyed this series. I only started watching it a few years ago and the best part about it honestly is the fight choreography and interesting uses of the bending. That said, the ONLY thing I don’t like about the series ties into the main reason I love it so much - the climatic battles…
What’s the point of this? Since he has no inside information that you or I couldnt get with a little time and the resources and he isnt working for DK with no access to ownership, I dont understand why we think this is even remotely shady.
This is a non-story. Lots of people get paid to write DFS articles or get sponsored by DFS websites -- I’m one of them. But I have no insider information on pricing or ownership, and neither does this guy or anyone else in his position. The honest headline for this article should be DFS Expert Wins At DFS. But I can…
It is exactly a stretch.
If you are aware of lineup data before you pick your team, you have advance knowledge of which players will give you a higher relative advantage should they score.
What I guess I meant was, the tone of this article was similar to the “who is funding the Gawker lawsuit” and it just sounded like you have some suspicions of strange dealings. I think Simmons is a wiener, personally, but he puts good content together and I don't personally care how it's getting funded
