Wow - drunk on American beer? No wonder there was so many empty cans. It would take dozens to get a decent buzz on.
Until recently, I had been gaming on a 6-year old rig that cost me $450 originally, with a $200 video card add-in a year into its life. I was able to play all new games on at least medium-detail settings. So $650 for 6 years of gaming is pretty darned good I'd say.

So?

It's not a penalty, but the goalie was not able to establish his position. That's simple to see.
