Friggin’ yikes.

We’re going to Eureka Springs, Arkansas - Victorian, cottage-core, gay-friendly (was the first to give a same-sex couple a marriage license, and made it clear they would not follow the rest of the state’s issues regarding similar issues), and just allover adorable.

Oh gosh, hand-made kimchi is the best. I had a friend bring me some from an actual Korean shop an hour’s drive away from here, and it was amazing. (Also fragrant.)

On Tuesday, I’m taking Duckling and Mama Duck on vacation. I know I’ve said it here that this will be Mom’s first vacation in 20 years. I’ve told people, and they are STUNNED.
