Yeah…I kinda was wondering where all the Martian Marine Armor went to…I had expected to see the crew wearing it by now….

Firefly reference…. Shepherd Book….

Sometimes you just have to get away, right? Well that's truer of Naomi than most folks I suspect….. And yeah, it's a bummer…but you know what they say about making up, right?
Yeah…me too. But .16, .17 even with better 18-49 numbers just isn't going to do the trick….. :(
Or maybe, just maybe, she is and knows she doesn't want to be….
Thing about the books.. folks do tend to turn up again…. ; )
Can't get over how awesome this casting is!!!
Not at all…but it is different and very good TV. To appreciate the books you need to read em all. It's a really big story and there's no 'happy ending', even if the end isn't bleak either….thought provoking, with some compensations, might be a good way to put it.
Not great. If you want to see more then pay for the season on Amazon. Ratings aren't likely to get us to S4….

Casting someone who…
Weeks? Months at the very least.
You're lucky they dolled him up for TV. Imagine a bald slightly scaled down Andre the Giant…. ;) But on TV everyone is more beautiful….except Holden…they actually lessened his stressed beauty from the books. Some interesting choices there, revealing of our cultural prejudices today more than anything I think….
I love the casting for Draper. I had my doubts initially, but she's very good and in some ways a consistently perfect choice. That said the show is 'showing' a bit of 'condense and simplify' stress here incorporating the first 2 books together. This is, of course, leading up to the Rocinante, Earth, Mars space…
