1. Both episodes got the exact same grade.
2. There are far fewer conspiracy theories here at the AV Club than some people seem to think there are.
3. Thanks for reading!

That's very kind, thanks.
As for being kind—I'm both the biggest SNL fan you know and its harshest critic. I look at the show's unevenness as a feature rather than a bug, and looking for a 90-minute work of perfection every week is not a profitable way to look at SNL.
Still, as I said, if they're going to do politics,

Yeah you do.

No one asked me to do that, you. Just felt like it. I still like the show, although I agree that last night's episode wasn't anything special. Living in hope it finds itself, as I love the cast, and the concept is right up my particular geek alley.

Wow, thanks, Moon. I like it, too. And since I'm going to keep watching, why not, right? Thanks for the niceness.

Hey, Powerlessers. (Still working on the name).
Not a great one tonight, I thought. Too much of a generic workplace vibe, not enough unique character. Powerless has to establish its identity with more immediacy, more of a sure hand. Still, nice to see Crimson Fox show a little personality when she had to remind Teddy

Well, I don't want this…

I genuinely feel a little queasy at the moment.

The loop—over there. Me—not in it.

Only Mac knows.

Thank you.

Thank you! Just couldn't come up with it.

They're all signed through season 14. It's all cool…

I do m'best.

Well, there's me…

Rocky, Mr. G, Guy, Cali.

Thanks, Evil Abe.

He will be well taken care of, don't worry.

No no. Just some re-jiggering going on. We'll figure it out.
