    It’s tough, because I want to love this game. But I tried out Warframe and it’s exactly what I want. Third person, cool abilities, melee combat.     The interesting question for me is - when much of gaming is turning to games as a service, how do you allow for cult classics and quirky titles that mayb underperform for a long time, but then bloom as many as 5 years after release? It would have been at the very least nice enough to let the servers run or figure out

    That’s fine to say, but the employees deserve their pay. Not everyone at the company is responsible for what happened to it. That’s why I hate Disney. They decided to just ruin everyone’s livelihood.

    I would actually prefer everyone playing a multiplayer online game with matchmaking be required to show their name. To me, that is a public space. It won’t solve all the issues, but it will enable accountability for bad behavior that is more transparent. Sorry if that is an uncool thing, but I just believe gamers are

    People are acting like this shouldn’t be reality. These games, good or bad, are expensive to make and guess what? 60 bucks or 30 bucks just doesn’t cut it anymore. Instead of charging you 200 or 300 dollars up front, they let the people who have the money to blow a route to do so, to cover for the other folks who do
