Bonkers or Ça Plane pour Moi.

Bonkers.

.

Understood and I am sorry. I was seriously trying to help as I bar tended and waited tables out of college and I know what it is like. I do organize it better than most though.

For fitness and health, make a life-long plan instead of a year-long plan instead of resolutions.

But will it add it directly to a Spotify Playlist like SoundHound?

Supertaster here. First IPA that I had, it was horrible. What I liked mostly were “skunky” beers, particularly Peroni, Stella, etc. Now all I drink is IPAs. The more hoppy, the better.

I coach my daughter’s softball travel team. It is a weird, addictive environment. It fulfills all aspects that you state above. Crossfit is another one. Very cultish. Neither are harmful and are quite beneficial. I do not do Crossfit (I just lift, bro), but my wife and 3 girls do. It keeps them all in incredible

For me, it is all about taste. The first beers I had tasted horrible so I never drank beer, only liquor. Until I had a tasty beer. I am a beer snob, but that has nothing to do with anyone else but me. People should drink (or not) what they will.

I find the opposite to be true. This may make your weekends worth more and ultimately be more memorable, but in order for the weekend to feel longer, for me, being less busy is the key.

Been doing this my whole life. Not a diet. Way of life. Works. Must exercise as well.

You, mam, are a winner. I concur.

You forgot the best of all, Google Latitude.

How do you accomplish this on a remote island? >.>

One of the easiest and one of the best ab exercises I have ever done. Do it at least 3 times/week. I would absolutely recommend it.

I have been doing EXACTLY this my whole life and stay in great shape. Get the 1g/lb protein and do carbs/fat as needed. Relax a bit on weekends.

I prefer not to eat the gristle. I just shred them and leave the gristle.
