No, that’s not “half assing” it. I was doing just that the other night. It was chilly and I was doing over 70. Having the windows up and the heat on made the difference between being comfortable and being cold.

I have no shame putting my top down. And as fast as it goes down I can usually do it at most stop lights. You do get looks though like “ This guy thinks hes cool and shit”.

For me it’s sitting in my car with the windows open and hearing an awful mechanical noise and then wondering if it’s my car or not and then it turns out it was the next car over and then they drive away taking that nightmarish noise with them phew it wasn’t me.
