double headlights on 80's-90's sportsbikes...

didn’t say anything about United’s ability to pull a passenger from his seat

contracts do have to be legal, and an illegal contract is unenforceable, or invalid. so a contract either requiring or allowing one or both parties to do something illegal, e.g. killing someone, is not a valid contract. that would be very easy to undo in court.

From a purely legal standpoint - in the Contract of Carriage, every passenger on United agrees that United can revoke their ticket if United overbooks the flight, and United reserves the ability to overbook every flight:

100% agree. And mechanics aside, there’s just something that feels right about being in the cabin of 90's car, even when its crappy ortattered. Its such a subjective quality, so I can’t tell if its just my nostalgia growing up in them, but my 90 4runner beater is so much more pleasant to be in than any modern car. it

yep. grew up catholic. one of the fundamental values of catholicism, and all of christianty, is humility. i often see christians in general portrayed as judgmental, self-righteous monsters, but pretty much all christians i have known are the most humble and down to earth people you’ll meet. its not too hard to detect

very interesting that aluminum is used for weight saving, as opposed to more expensive carbon fiber. it seems aluminum is underutilized in modern cars. aluminum has a lot of other advantages - over both steel and carbon fiber -besides cheapness - e.g. corrosion, easier to repair. should we expect to see it used more

am i wrong and outdated to be afraid that a turbo is just too complicated and unreliable for a simple little car? with today’s technology, will this thing last as long as a more simple n/a honda engine? confession - i had a wrx that would have been 10/10 reliable if not for many, many turbo issues. i am cheap and

Question - is a three cylinder engine good in a car?

this is all a bit hypocritical, isn’t it? a foreign power got caught meddling in our elections - bad. but isn’t it assumed that the US has similar clandestine efforts in other sovereign countries all over the world? are we upset because foreign intervention is kind of an american trademark? we even got caught tapping

Your reaction is correct - the Court can’t hand over specific assets of either the company or the individual. in this context, they can award money damages. However, once the plaintiff gets her money judgment she becomes a creditor and can sell those assets to satisfy the judgment. with the greatest respect to the

Nice

The honda crf250l (around 34") and the yamaha xt250 (around 32") have relatively low seats. you can lower them about an inch too. i have only ridden the crf250l, and actually found that the seat was too low for me bc the suspension was pretty squishy. i think the’re good contenders for you.

unfortunately i agree that you have to be cautious. also something everyone should consider is that appreciation for these exhaust noises is subjective. e.g, i like small, screaming inline 4's and high-revving honda engines. many other enthusiasts find these noises obnoxious, along with a much greater portion of the

haha your comment takes a turn at the end there. i can see a riveting jalopnik article though - “the false altruism of western liberal democratic governments as relating to driving habits”

of course. but check out the dashcam car’s path. i haven’t watched it with sound - maybe you can hear acceleration too - but the driver was turning and visibly deviated from the normal turn path to instead drive more straight and prevent the bmw driver from getting in front. i am not picking sides - i’m only saying

maybe the the bmw driver would have crashed if not for the dashcam driver’s actions, maybe not. i totally agree that the bmw driver made a ridiculous and dangerous decision. but there’s clear evidence of both drivers making dangerous choices, and all i’m saying is that in these dash crash videos there’s almost always
