I think that’s kind of unfair. Zuckerberg obviously approved having 4 months of maternity/paternity leave at Facebook, and by publicly taking it he’s giving all Facebook employees a good example in case they get pressured to cut their leave short - not to mention encouraging other companies to implement these policies.
