I’d actually give the sharing options in favor of Google Docs as you can share a document with someone who does not have a Google account. I believe Paper requires the person sharing to have a Dropbox account.

I’ll second this. I don’t have that model, but replaced my Razer’s with Sennheiser G4ME One’s for the past year and have never been happier when it comes to headsets. Note for others reading, my headset is not surround like the 363D’s.
