I was unaware of the DNA under her nails - I don’t recall reading that or hearing it in the shows. Where was that reported? It’s very possible that I glossed over it

From what I understand, the underwear were new and unwashed, taken from a pkg that was supposed to go to JB’s cousin (?) but she liked them and wanted to keep them. The DNA found on the leg band could have easily transferred to the long johns worn over the panties.

I also find it hard to believe the parents were involved in a cover up yet they didn’t leave a door or window unlocked to make it appear that someone could have easily broken in? They take the time to write a long ransom note but don’t take the time to make it look like an intruder broke in?

Apparently, he got lots of attention from his parents until JB was born a few years later. Then Patsy started taking JB to those grotesque pageants and Burke basically was left to entertain himself with Nintendo. There definitely is a possibility for some deep seeded resentment.
