So Abrams, who directed 2 of the films he’s suggesting are highly problematic and possibly racist, is cool, but the one guy who made a Star Wars with some progressive perspective and thematic intrigue is the loser?

Wow, I haven’t seen this, but we totally would have watched it on Movie Night at the Methodist church. (I’m not Methodist, but a bunch of us went anyway because free movies.) We also saw Romero, which broke me, Jesus of Montreal, which broke me even more, and Life of Brian, which the minister hated hated hated hated…

All the seasons through the Abby Carmichael years (yes, I know), are stellar. The show started going downhill once Elisabeth Rohm joined (just a bad actress, although she’s been good in other things). And none of the other DAs could ever measure up to Steven Hill.

Amazon has Bosch though. The show that “Dad’s asleep on their chair by 8 pm monthly” gives 5 Lay-Z-Boys out of 5.
