The end of this is that the Earth still blows up, then the camera pulls back to show it all on a screen, and then some professor type turns to Nick Fury and says “And that’s what would have happened if we used Kree blood to bring Coulson back to life”.

Not a good time to lose one’s head.

I don’t think you can overestimate how much of a head-trip the Destroyer of Worlds prophecy was for Daisy. She’s terrified that any time she uses her powers it could be what cracks the world. So it’s not just Ruby she’s holding back with, but everything and everyone.

Hot Topic Hydra.

He’ll never be the head of a major corporation, you mean?

Originally Infinity War was to premiere in US in 2 weeks from now and there was no time for ABC to adjust the schedule. And they would never spoil anything about the film before the premiere weekend. So the earliest there will be any mention of Infinity War events on AoS is in 3 weeks. Maybe. After all there are only

They can just rerun Season 5 next year except for the last couple of episodes. It’s a brilliant money saving device!

It’s the same indulgence that got us Ward-as-alien-host, after all.

It seems obvious that killing Ruby won’t break the loop and they seem to be setting up a scenario where Daisy has to choose between giving up her fanatic devotion to Coulson and letting him die, or let the world be cracked into pieces.

It may be a well-worn trope but it makes sense; after all, everyone has family/friends who could be set on a course of revenge. When killing is always the answer it creates an endless cycle of conflict, a cycle that heroes would rightly want to break, or at least strive for.

The standard trope in these matters is that someone will have an epiphany at the last minute and will do something that busts the time loop open.

The flaw in Jemma’s “We’re invincible!” plan is that all bets are off once the timeline is changed. So they could have refused to rebuild that part, but that would have left them open to being killed.

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD! Their leader has a dry sense of humor, a robot arm, and a flying car! His number two and possible love interest is a kick-ass hand-to-hand fighter who takes no shit from anyone! He mentors a rebellious superhero who can create earthquakes when she’s not being a super computer hacker! There’s

It would, in my opinion, be odd and strange to have killed Ivanov so easily, when they’ve been hinting for ever that there’s an Ivanov Prime connected to some bodiless database, popping out LMDs. I suppose this is marginally better than just disingeneously dropping that thread altogether (this isn’t Fringe, after

Yeah, this is the last episode before Infinity War, though next week (and maybe the one after if they really wanted to push it) was the original plan before Marvel moved it up.

Can we give Pasdar something for his stellar performance here already?

R.I.P. Crossfit Tinker Bell

Zack Snyder: “Man of Steel and The DCEU will be the darkest cinematic universe to date”

Still not a fan of this season as much as last season, but I do like the darkness it has grown into. I just want to get this season over with since it has just dragged on and on. I feel this could have been a half season arc.

-It felt like Ruby was trying to emulate FitzSimmons’ affection with Werner. Being that isolated socially really messed her up. Dove Cameron really brought it this episode, go out with a bang they say and she certainly did. Ruby was a lot like Kasius, in that both of them really developed throughout their arcs.
