I didn’t mention the creepy VR because I had already done so in the past and it’s pretty self-evident (as is his selling her into slavery). The point with this comment is how this bit with the song is part of a pattern that has continued and hasn’t been stopped.

I occurred to me a little while ago how wild it would be for Daisy and Sousa to hook up given Dichen is Daisy’s mom and Victor’s love interest.

I would probably be content for a brief cameo of some mind-recreation of him or whatever. It would be pretty quick and basic.

I mean I guess it’s up to him if he wants to use them in the future.

Basically, I’m assuming that he hasn’t left her side since she went into the healing tube.

Annoying I can understand but pretentious not so much.

It wasn’t the real her in Code Yellow (oddly another Deke focused outing) but this is the first episode where Chloe has not appeared at all.

So far the main highlight of this season for me has been the retro outfits and Sousa. I would hope that they can deliver something relatively satisfying with the last 6 episodes (and hope that they can actually continue with some of the characters in the MCU in some capacity).

I wasn’t quite sure he said that until Twitter confirmed it. Getting real tired of this dude’s obsession. Like it crossed into creepy a long time ago.

Agents of HYDRA was a solid arc overall but it did begin some trends that would cause real problems later in the series. And the climax of the whole thing being a letdown didn’t help either.

Agent Not Appearing In This Episode

“Self Control” is pretty good and would probably make it in the Top 10 but I’m rather fond of “What They Become” and “Ascension” myself. It probably doesn’t help with “Self Control” that the show kind of went slowly downhill after but that’s neither here nor there.

The fact that the promo for the next episode leaked a day early didn’t really help this episode’s levels of interest. It was fine I guess but my tolerance for Deke ain’t high at this point. The drama I’m also kind of wary about because it’s not yet clear if any of the changes to the timeline are gonna stick or not. Als…

I would hope Daisy’s torture trauma is at least handled with more class than the last time they went to that well.

The issue with the predator reasoning tho is that there are a lot of asshole species like the Kree out there that will mess with them. And heck Chronyca II was destroyed from an outside force so clearly random stuff can still come and get them. And SHIELD is really only a threat if they’re gonna be taking over Earth…

Well I’m saying tell the shippers it’s a bad idea.

Agent Tortured Again

Good reference, except for the fact there actually ARE flying cars.

It’s doubtful Daisy’s lost her powers. She was drugged which is why she couldn’t quake and I don’t think Nathan took enough stuff out of her to turn them off. And I’d imagine some time in the healing tube will get her back in good shape.

It’s almost like the Chronicoms are stupid...
