There's a reason they sell several other things you can get as sides with combos. Those "natural-cut fries" they came out with a few years ago are slightly better, but not enough. The only downside is that baked potatoes, salads, and chili are really hard to eat while driving.

Northern Indiana is definitely Midwestern and what most people think of when they think of Indiana. Indianapolis is really on the edge.

Indiana is ranked a few steps too high. Everything south of I-70 might as well be upper Kentucky. The hills, the trees, the accents, and the attitudes are hardly Midwestern.

How in the world are you going to put a drink that's at least 50% overly sweetened milk and rank cafe cubano (which is pretty damn close to espresso) below drip? Vietnamese coffee belongs down there with all the other brownish milk and sugar drinks.
