I don't care if they do or not, other than they're my friends, they claim to be interested in losing weight or getting healthy, yet they complain about lack of success from one side of their mouth while shoving Wendy's into the other.

I agree with you. However, the people about whom I was talking are not total strangers, they're my friends, family and coworkers. People I know. So when I hear someone say "Oh I just can't give up eating mayonnaise covered pretzel sticks ymm they're so good!" I think to myself "uhh, yes you can. Just stop fucking

I understand where you're coming from with this.

I fight with this all the time. I'm about halfway to my weight loss goal. It's at a point now where just about everyone has noticed that I've dropped significant weight. That feels really good when people say something. I work really damn hard on it, and I also have mild body image issues, which makes progress

I made a knock-off R-strap for $20, $14 of which was the special threaded nub that goes into the camera.

A) I don't drink and drive, but I still don't like having to stop my car and wait in line at a checkpoint. I'd prefer to know where they are, and if there's one along my route home so I can avoid it.

Geektool appears to be what's creating that translucent black band across the bottom of the screen.

I call shenanigans. There was no Bocephus sticker on the back.

First off, what the hell was wrong with timecoded vinyl?

I've been using geektool for a while on my mac, and I love it.

Same with lenses. I just got the last of a prime lens I was looking for, now you can't find them anywhere.

Yeah, I've locked up my rear wheel a few times coming to a quick, unexpected stop on my bike too. It happens while trying to modulate the pedal and handle and find the limits. The rear brakes lock very easily under heavy load but are also very easy to control.

The article says he was wearing a helmet. We can argue about whether he was wearing leathers or not, but the helmet is verified.

Look again. He's wearing white leathers and a backpack. And a helmet.

Exactly how was he a bad rider? He hit his brakes, slowed properly, did not fall off and would have completely and safely stopped had he not been rear ended. He did everything right and got hosed. Hell, he was even wearing (from what I can see) proper safety gear, leathers and a helmet.

It sucks that they won't replace the drive, but I can understand their reason. They probably reuse/refurbish the drives. All it takes is opening the case and putting a new platter in, or whatever it needs. That keeps it out of a landfill. So because he wrote on the drive case, they can't refurb it.

The fact that its held up by a harness would suggest he,s none to confident in his results !

Everybody in that video is "doing it" wrong.

She can change her mind all she wants to. But in doing so she voids the agreement and any responsibility the father has for the child.

So it's about half of the functionality of the Pro card, and about half the price. That sounds fair.
