Doom Patrol! I was continually blown away by that series. Just incredible performances throughout!

I’d add Deadly Class and The Tick...RIP :(

“Oh I’ve trained myself to live on a liquid diet.”

I gave up after episode 1 of series 2. This discussion seems to indicate I made the right decision.

Personally I was distracted by how mind-numbingly boring the first 15 minutes were and am typing this as the episode plays in the background. The concept of two apparent hetero guys having a virtual sexual relationship is much more interesting than the protracted, boring setup whose endgame I couldn’t predict;

In the AV.Club headline that announced this movie, I mentioned how Ali Wong’s “Baby Cobra” on Netflix was NOT funny and I got eaten alive by the commentariat.

More of our superheroes being, well, superheroes.

This season ranks third for me probably, just above season 1. The magical creatures storyline never landed with me, and the midseason pivot of not having Hank be the Big Bad did not work out, I don’t think (And why did that mean killing Hank off instead?!). Also, too much Time Bureau, we need to get away from that.

I wasn’t a huge fan of this finale, sadly. Might have been the pacing; we lurch from Neron’s plan being completely different from what we were told before to the Legend’s plan B being able to happen in the span of a few seconds. I wasn’t really sold on Nate being the emotional crux either; it probably would work

It was all a little neat but it worked.

Well, Jordan is a proverbial baby when it comes to life experience. He knows nothing. If it wasn’t going to be the princess, it was going to be someone else eventually.

Kyle I get it man..... but the show is about war.. It’s about about conflict. You were so focused on Whining about being tired of conflict that you didn’t mention all of the amazing set up from this episode. You said nothing about the “Dark Commander”, nothing about the references to the host, nothing about all of the

I watched the show for almost 10 min and really didn’t find any reason to keep going.

That thing with Mona at the convention pissed me off.  While it did lead to Mick admitting to being a writer, the way they did it sucked.  I wanted her gone from the show after that.

I did enjoy this episode, especially since Mick and Charlie actually got something to do for once, though I do find it odd that Charlie got dressed up rather than shapeshifted. Mona’s still annoying.

I’m hoping they pump the brakes on the relationship stuff for a bit. I don’t really have anything against Nate and Zari and I genuinely like Sara and Ava, but this episode kinda hit my limit on characters sitting around discussing other characters relationships. On the other hand, Nate and Zari actually got to use

I’ve been trying to figure out why this season isn’t really working for me personally so far. I think it is a combination of mainly two things. First is that it feels too zany which makes everything feel so inconsequential. As much as I get the Damian fatigue from last season, at least he was a core menacing presence

Was it forced? Yup.

Lost’s finale was one of the greatest endings in film history. I am the 3% who loved it. And was satisfied.

Picture a theater of almost 200 people answering all of T’Chala’s war chants. The room exploding when Captain America picked up the hammer for the first time.  That is how I describe what I saw last night. It was more than a movie it was an experience.  It was something I can talk about for years to come.  It is
