TNG had clunky seasons, and many episodes were far worse than anything on Discovery. I’ve never felt the need to re-watch the show, just some of the movies.

There has been plenty to pick apart from TNG. I remember before social media people complaining about TNG and how bad the first season was, how cheesy the Ferengi were (their first episode was pretty bad), the forced morals, and of course space Africa.

I fully agree, C work at best. The acting is a lot better than the last one. The father was really starting to look obsessed and deranged by the end of the movie and Jud was one of the best actors in the movie. The problems being, is that they didn’t build it up right, they didn’t make the right kind of changes, and

I’d give it a C at best, they were jumping all over the place. The Lunchador plot was more of a distraction that anything. There was no interesting character to anchor the team to that time period.  Just the mopey wrestler dressed in gold.

The ones that like it like it, the ones that don’t hate it and want the world to know. I liked it though I wouldn’t give it too high a rating because of the pacing.

Not really, it’s a Trek tradition for them to play different characters across the various shows and movies, not usually the same show, but it’s not uncommon at all. Jeffery Combs played both Weyoun and Liquidator Brunt in the same episode and one of the best new characters in ENT, Shran. Ethan Phillips played Neelix

It might depend on the type of worship. Kali may have a lot of followers, but they may see her story as more of a fable than a reality. She was doing better than Bilquist, active and not living as a hobo.

“I do not grant wishes.” SALIM AND THE JINN, THE JINN AND SALIM! Spinoff series, anyone?

I wonder if they are priming her for a breakdown. Like Willow, instead of destroying the world with magic she gets dark and joins section 31.

The reason you empathize with Tilly is because that is her sole function on the show. That in itself should insult you more than any critique.

“Obviously there’s no way “Cause And XS” was written and shot since Russian Doll premiered on Netflix a week and a half ago, but it’s still a striking coincidence”

I like Sherloque as well, I think the hate is partly because he’s French and partly because he isn’t the fan fave venture capitalist/coffee addict Wells (JT?). I would like to think that he saw her obvious ploy, and was using genuine surprise to cover his confirmed suspicion. Considering he was the only person to

It was really the increase in prices for goat leggings and masks that did them in.

After seeing Riverdale that was enough to scare me away from modernized gritty versions of comics written with old school middle American 50's values.

It might be something that started off as legitimate, was closed due to horrifying things they did for the Federation, and moved underground with support of key command staff.

Lagertha survived a sword to a critical spot, he could.

I was a big fan of the first three seasons and their wickedly clever sense of humor. This is unfortunately the weakest of the four seasons and an unfortunate note for such an interesting show to go out on. I wonder if there were production issues or if key people went other directions considering all the dropped

I had no problem with the Dr being a woman and only asked them they do it right and give the new Dr a unique voice. They failed at both.

I assumed his bizarre appearance was likely a bad physical deformity, more cinematic than realistic.

It is actually fitting that he dies now, their culture is about to change. All the countries they raided got tired of all the raping, killing, and pillaging. They got their act together, are willing to fight the pagan hordes, and now aren’t easy prey. Not sure when they made a large movement and converted to
