Always hated this show, Roseanne reminded me too much of family, both her character and her in person. So I find this hilarious.

They weren’t close at the time, but they had a long history and it was believable. More importantly they had chemistry from day one as well as the emphasis on their connection to one another, “The power of three will set us free”. This seems to be following a #metoo narrative. Which was a mistake for Bojack Horseman…
I wonder who those agents were that they were chasing. I originally thought Intergang with their high tech weapons and attitude when fighting a superhuman on par with Superman. But I don’t know the material enough.
Agreed, they seemed more like they were ticking off boxes to make it pc and diverse rather than making interesting characters. You can do both but they stopped at the check mark.
Missy was less overtly hostile than the Master, she wasn’t good, had her own agenda, and mad genius to make it happen. A lot of what she said was likely half truths and deliberate attempts to mislead.
End of the line, for the Master? I think he will pop up again eventually. Maybe not for awhile since the show-runners said they didn’t want to use the standard villains for this season, but eventually.
Found her character to be the least compelling of any of the cast and just refer to her as Maggie personally. They never really sold her story as well as intended and it just came across as a massive cliche. Filmmaker rises from the streets to direct and try to create art in an uncaring world where their vision is…
The sisters have zero charisma, I feel like I am watching them because I am supposed to, not because there is anything interesting about them. Hopefully they will let them breathe and we will get noticeable personalities from them.
“While the warlocks backstab (or front stab, if the situation calls for it) as they jockey for power, under Cordelia the witches are truly a united front who care about each other and the future of the coven.” No they spent an entire season backstabbing one and trying to kill on another, only they introduced no bake…
I think that the unfortunate truth is that Chuck was a bastard, but in a lot of ways he was right about Jimmy. Jimmy is charismatic, but just can’t control the worse parts of his personality or his desire to take advantage of a scam when he sees it. He’s had many opportunities to make it big, well beyond what he did…
I am rooting for the devil this season. Anyone but the badly written insufferably annoying witches.
Not in this season. It was the Season 1. One of the last things that happens is that Jessica Lang returns home to a dead nanny responding to her baby”what am I going to do with you”.
This is AHS, anything goes. But I thought I detected a small amount of vulnerability in his statement missing in his other interactions. If they just forget about it later on I will hold on to this belief.
I think Gus is smart enough to see Lalo as a threat. The Salamanca cartel members we’ve seen so far are more brawn than brains, tough but not the types that understand the concept of subtle. When Lalo breezes in filled with smiles and compliments he comes across as disarming maybe a little incompetent. But his…
The Stepford Cookoos, cool look. I wish I liked Gifted more, I would be tempted to watch it just to see how they treat them.
Nothing completely dies down on the internet. I am certain there are some people obsessed with proving Bush should have lost one of his elections, same with Obama.
That would have been a waste. All that happened is infighting that died down once it was obvious nothing was going to change because of it. With some fans swearing they would never view the Kennedy run SW, the other half unchanging, and both sides sniping each other in comments.
Didn’t like Hotel, I stopped watching after episode one and gave up on the show for a few years. It surprised me the next two seasons were watchable.
Worst season of Bojack since season 1. We all know that Bojack tends to be a worse person due to his needs and inability to take control of his life. But it feels like they were pushing him a few steps back because they want to fit the #metoo narrative. Although I can see him trying to take the easy way out and…
Since she’s programmed it seems like a lot of effort to go through to mess with an androids head unless he’s trying to rattle her as an experiment. Though he seemed to genuinely care about her. Plus we saw that he killed one of his nannies, this was probably one that came later he either didn’t kill or couldn’t and…
