I just looked up this show because I thought I recognized the woman in the clip, and they have this description in the episode synopsis (spoiler below, so I’m leaving a gap):

I assume these celebrities are invited to participate, and are not buying access passes to walk the grid pre-race. If I was F1, I would make a rule that invited celebs…

Just saw the movie last night so I’m a little behind here, but isn’t Miguel kind of portrayed as right with the way entire universes can apparently be wiped out just by changing up the “canon events”? My guess is they didn’t want to deal with the implication of why they’re trying to hurt the career of a rising young black actor. Don’t want to get blackballed by an accusation of racism if you’re the only one coming forward with allegations.

I’m wondering if this isn’t so much as a protest against the changes as it is the fact that previously safe subs have been getting porn-bombed as part of the protest by mods just choosing to allow whatever to go through.
