I’m not a fan of the cell shaded look for this particular game. It makes the characters look a little more generic than the WiiDS versions. That said, it’s nice to see an upgrade done well. I bought this game twice already and I suspect I’ll be buying it a third time. That said, I’m keeping the originals around.

Now

Every aspect of this guy is unpleasent, right down to that “80's shock jock” look he’s cultivated.  Go back to the late night call in love advice show you came from you creep.

Personally I find personalities I wouldn’t otherwise get along with in real life to be part of the challenge of Animal Crossing. I don’t make an effort to get rid of everyone that isn’t like me on the island, instead I try to, well there’s no way to put this that isn’t lame but- “Learn to see the beauty in each of

Here’s the BIG part of FF7 Remake that I only recently found out because spoiler culture restricted all the review sites from flat out telling us this vital detail.

It’s an alternate reality where the REAL story is that Cloud and the gang are fighting destiny to prevent the events of the original game from coming to

I still want alternate exits. Like keyholes from Super Mario World or boss triggers that end the level when the boss is killed (or alternatively an item that can be put on an enemy that drops when the enemy is killed and when touched, ends the level). Or even clear conditions that end the level once completed (collect

There’s a major flaw in that argument. Lord of the Rings was not released as one large story originally. It was spaced out over decades in it’s original release. Final Fantasy VII on the other hand was released whole. THAT had a narrative arc with a beginning middle and end. This just had one forced into it and it

You just typed the phrase “iconic cereal box prize”.  On purpose.

Wait this game fused Gandalf and Rafiki?  I must get this game.

Fable is amazing everyone. You can plant a tree and eventually it’ll break every promise the creator made.

HL1 revolutionized things through its narrative structure that made you part of its world and story without yanking you with cutscenes. And yes because of its continuous nature. That all was wrapped around a fun shooter. HL2 meanwhile introduced its top notch physics engine where nearly every object could be messed

I just have to ask, what WAS revolutionary about Half-Life 1 and 2?

It wasn’t the shooting part- because Doom and Quake had already done that.  It wasn’t the objectives, because frankly Goldeneye revolutionized what goals and mission structure a FPS could have in ways that Half-Life didn’t touch.  Was it the somewhat

This isn’t a tip, this is an ad.

I just sort of always did it right. Maybe not with all those movements, but I covered what needs covering. The trick is lather the heck up without putting your hands in the water until it’s time to rinse.

No one should ever “dry with a single towel”.  The towels they put in public restrooms seem to be specially

Got it, I’ll only recommend best selling summer blockbuster movies to you if you ever ask. No cult classics, they’re not your thing.

They DO restore one of a kind items. Your comical example is what happens when that’s done poorly, but one of a kind paintings have been restored by professionals before. Your example is just the reason why amateurs shouldn’t be allowed anywhere near rare works of art.

Sure, but you have to pay $60 a month and also supplant a legitimately-elected pro-gamer South American government with a puppet regime using hacks (to maintain plausible deniability).

That’s why you hire a professional, and no they are not the same thing but the article I linked specified they do BOTH of these things.  And yes, you DO know what kind of reaction you’re going to get.  The retrobrite page very specifically describes exactly what the chemical process is.  It’s reversible simply by

And look at my post.  They conserve AND restore, they do both.  They document carefully every restoration.  Sometimes it’s done via chemical alteration.  Retrobrite is chemically restoring the plastic to the state it was in when it first left the factory.  You WANT this.  This is a good thing.

They do it all the time. What are you talking about? It’s a whole career!
Conservation and restoration are the only way to make sure we don’t lose all our museum pieces to time.

I should add that this article indicates that all treatments of restoration should be reversible.  Retrobrite is itself a reversing of the

I have some bad news for you.  Apple doesn’t seem to care about making gaming quality computers any more.  You would do well to move on, because Apple just wants to make phones and tablets now.
