Owlboy is beautiful and I’m in no rush to finish it.

Yes. You. Do.

The narrative is a little predictable in places, but the game itself is such an absolute joy (and a stunning tribute to NeoGeo-era sidescrollers) that the by-the-numbers storytelling is totally forgivable.

If you have the option, pick up the version with the attached soundtrack. You won’t be sorry you did.

OwlBoy is an absolutely stunning game with some pretty awesome mechanics and a moving storyline. I like pushing anyone who’s on the fence about it right the fuck over. It’s hands down a great game.

High fives and mini pies all around!

Man, nothing — literally nothing can beat well done pixel art. Reminds me, I still have to pick up OwlBoy lol

I should also point out that in the acknowledgments, she dedicates this book to Melissa Mathison, Ford’s second wife.

False. Titanfall 2, Rise of the Tomb Raider, Doom, Fire Emblem Fates, XCOM 2 all worth buying at full price. And I haven’t played them, but I’ve heard Overwatch and Battlefield 1 are worth it too.

I still plan to give Watch Dogs 2 a chance when the price goes down, but I don’t blame anyone who played the first game and decided to just give up on the entire series immediately. It was pretty bad.

Shit I’m down to clown anytime.

Sony has a weird relationship with mascots, both official and unofficial.

Back in the day it was Crash and Spyro, until Activision gobbled them up. Then for a while, despite the Tomb Raider titles not being exclusives, it was Lara Croft. Then came Parappa, Snake, Kratos, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Nathan Drake,

Kinda looks like a mix of Reboot

I mean, isn’t that the case?

Mashing Pokemon and Watch Dogs together is rather limited in scope, and there’s not a lot of creativity or comedy to be mined from it. No offense to Mr. Gach, but Fahey knew how to do it right.

Yeah there are many times where cosplay photography goes way too far with filters and photoshop. This is one such time.

Lena, Lena, Lena:

I think the more impressive thing is that the guy managed to cram 65 different music clips into a 43 second video. That was amazing and totally didn’t ruin the video.

Thanks for the warning about the loud shitty overused audio edits made to the video.

Seriously, way to suck all the joy out of it. That was horrendous. You can’t even parody shit that bad.

Don’t watch the original video. Potentially funny moment ruined by typical YouTube over-editing and trying too hard.

Not really.
