I think JoJo as a series could be translated narratively pretty easily for an international audience, as a concept. Like the idea of a family line being wrapped up in the supernatural is really appealing across cultures. I think you could get different creatives or studios interested in doing it.
I would admire a Japanese studio doing an manga adaptation where all the characters are cast with actors of the intended nationality.
