Every time he tweets the world markets take a goddamned dive. I wish his caretaker daughter would learn to hide his keyboard when he’s sundowning.

It’s the ‘watching a train wreck’ phenom, I think. You can’t look away.
I have never had a Bare Minerals powder product (or Tarte for that matter) that did not immediately feel dry and itchy on my face or eyelids. I avoid all mineral make up now for that reason.
Such a good old movie. Thanks for the link. There a certain long shots of Judy in it that I can see Liza’s resemblance so clearly.
My husband still owns a Spy vs Spy tie, and wears it. It never fails to get multiple ‘hell yeahs’ when he does.
I am still convinced that Ivanka is her father’s Alzheimer caretaker and she was there to mind him.
I have a special dislike for the movie because our elementary choir teacher had a special fondness for it. She tortured us in music class for two years to learn every.single.song as a choir. Thank god that she discovered weed and Sargent Peppers Lonely Hearts Club Band by ‘67....music class was a helluva lot more…
I’d star you a hundred more times just for that fabulous Rita gif
Yep, Judith and Jackie: the dynamic duo of terrific trash novels, required reading in the ‘80's. Now both gone. R.I.P. you fabulous divas, you.
Of *course* it was an Air Canada flight.
The Dream podcast was an exceptional listen, not just for the modern day stories but for the actual history of MLM’s ...which somehow wasn’t a surprise yet still blew my mind.
I’m still convinced he’s in early stage Alzheimers.
Mimeographs! Ah, but I used to love being chosen to run the Ditto machine for the teacher...that sweet, sweet smell of alcohols coming off freshly duplicated sheets. Would put me in a high for the rest of the day.
Jeezuz, it makes me furious that all the news is erroneously reporting that this child was euthanized at her own request, meanwhile the real horrendous story of what happened to her is ignored.
Very Gordon Gekko, which is probably the look he was going for...asshole.
Ooooh, a stove top version! My Uncle had the stove top and wall ovens style kitchen, and to my 10 year old eyes that was *the* epitome of lux! I have yet to reach these heights in any of my kitchens as an adult...but there is still time.
Blesses you for the Eaton’s shout-out.
That is commitment to decor right there!
Gods, yes...the ‘shadowed trim’. I’d forgotten that, for obvious reasons.
In fact, the ‘sensationalist’ style of reporting the murders put a focus on the living conditions in Whitechapel, rather than the victims, and thus the middle and upper classes paid attention. Sad, but true.
