The ‘busy’ thing is one reason I like using apps (or websites) to order. I don’t like feeling like someone is rushing me when taking my order. And there’s less confusion with a written order.

We buy canned veggies with no salt added and fruit with sugar added (packed in water). I like having SOME shelf stable stuff in the house.
Sometimes people don’t even want the stuff in the box they just want to take or destroy something that isn’t theirs.
I thought it was that way in Jersey but I guess not! It was something on my mind when they told me he was coming early, but when I talked to HR she told me what she was putting in the system. I still wish I had the before time off—I missed my baby shower and got nothing I planned done.
I think he was just happy he didn’t have to spend a long time looking my item up lol. I wouldn’t have returned it if the tags weren’t attached or if I couldn’t find the receipt because I know what a pain that can be (I’ve worked retail too).
Actually, no I didn’t know it ‘didn’t feel right’, it felt perfectly fine to me, but I didn’t want to make an unnecessary trip if I couldn’t return in store. They said if you’re not happy, return it.
...it kinda is. The year window is for all returns, not just go gnarly used stuff.
Ok, I’ll admit I was one of those people who made a return after a VERY long time. I bought a laptop bag that never fit any laptop I bought, so I never used it and kind of forgot about it. I found it during a move. The tags were still on it, it was still in the shipping packet, and, most importantly, I still had the…
I’m not sure if you’re supposed to be able to do this, but I used my four weeks prior to birth AFTER I had the baby since I ended up stopping work only a week before delivery (I had planned to have a month off, but baby boy said nope!). So I had the 4 weeks + disability + family leave. I didn’t know I could do…
I sometimes feel like ‘black tables’ sometimes do leave bad tips because the server is coming in with the attitude that black people don’t tip well and then doesn’t put the effort into giving good service. I don’t think it’s cheap to not want to give someone 25% for mediocre service.
After Valentine’s Day dinners are for mistresses.....:-p
I didn’t even apply to Rutgers. I went to a tiny expensive school in the midwest, but thanks to scholarships I ended up paying less than I would have at a state school (I honestly don’t think I would have received anything from Rutgers)
Well hell, I’d like a phone appointment (or video chat) for a lot of things! Who wants to go outside?
It’s not incorrect, it’s just not a good idea to wait if you have no reason to do so (and there are situations where you’d want to wait)
If you’re 110% sure you’re getting a refund, it’s not the end of the world if you don’t file by April....or even October. You can file and receive a refund up to three years later. It’s in your best interest to file, because otherwise the IRS will eventually do it for you and won’t take into consideration any…
I hope no one is giving their baby actual milk either (outside of a doctor’s recommendation)
One thing for me was that you have to figure out your school expenses on your own with Credit Karma. Turbotax asked for what I paid and how much I received as a grant, and calculated the difference. Credit Karma just asked for the net amount paid, and I missed that part (I use two different programs as a double check)
so....what happened with the editor?
Should you have opened another HELOC? I have no idea—wondering if that’s how you prevent a hit like that.
Because they don’t want to? And they shouldn’t be obligated to.
