yeah, when my mother needed to renew her license, NJ had just started the 6 pt program. She had *just* made her biennial (yes, I meant every 2 years) trip home, which she hates doing even that infrequently, and had to go back to get her birth certificate. She was not happy.

All of those things you listed are privlages, not rights. Also, if you need your birth certificate, which is required for most forms of ID, you have to go back to where you were born. that can be an expensive trip.

I agree with this, and also, if you have a non cordless phone, if your emergency means the power is out, you can still make calls.
Hm, I just watched it a short time ago after not seeing it since I was a kid. The only complaint I have is that it just seemed really short, and I don't remember if I felt that way when I was younger. I thought the special effects held up pretty well.

Hm, I was heavily recruited for the soccer team, but choose not to go out for it. I ended up working out A LOT more often—the college gym was like heaven compared to my rinky dink high school one. that helped me maintain my activity level.
