Some months ago, the Times did an article where they went in to the heart of evangelical country and interviewed people there about why they support Trump. It was a really illuminating piece in that it did manage to put in to words how different certain perceptions of reality while also expressing how ridiculous

(I’m the gorillas)

Reagan courts the religious right.

Uh, yeah, lets let completely untrained people determine if something requires deadly force as opposed to the trained professionals that seem to have problems determining that already or let their biases cloud their judgement.

There are already laws that spell out what you can and can’t do to protect your business and

Can I shoot homicidal lunatics that refuse to wear masks?

A friend and I had a discussion on this. I said I could easily make a case against anti-maskers causing an issue/disrupting a business getting shot because of this law and Desantis breing all “no, not like that! That’s not what this law is for!”

And the Southern Poverty Law Center just declared Florida a hate group.

And yet, the guy fanning the flames of hate is still walking around.

Louisville has a total population of about 770,000. Obviously not all kids participating in this program.

This is why every organization needs regular third-party audits. This is insane.

That’s messed up but that number of records makes no sense.

In fairness, I can see why the Trump administration doesn’t want to share the President’s Daily Briefing with the president-elect. I mean, what if Biden finishes the word search first, or worse, Cristeta Pasia Comerford hangs Biden’s coloring more prominently on a White House fridge?

I have a chronic pain condition for which I have a couple rx pain meds. As far as I can tell I am a little more talkative when they kick in (one step up from being a hermit mute), but I don’t say anything I wouldn’t actually.

What’s wrong with them? The same thing that made them vote for a man who has killed 250,000 Americans, that’s what wrong with them.

You know, I actually believe the “debilitating neurological disease” part...

Menlo Park is not in San Francisco. It’s in tech hell near Palo Alto, not that there’s a significant difference in attitudes between the two locales anymore.

“But it wasn’t about race!”
