My only issue with remasters is that they're mostly games that just came out last year. I get that it's because of the transition period.

Personally I would like to see updated versions of games that could really use it like Dragon's Dogma and Anarchy Reigns. I'd love to see those games with better visuals and design.

I'll be the odd one out: I vote for no remakes. I vote for all resources to be devoted to making new IP and taking advantage of the new technology of next gen consoles. Not just better graphics, particle effects, and lighting, but things like huge open world environments with no load screens, massive online gameplay…

This is the first generation of consoles where game developers are able to ride the "last gen remaster" bandwagon so far into the console's lifecycle.

I'd love some PS4 quality PS2 RPGs, like Rogue Galaxy, Radiata Stories, or Steambot Chronicles. I'd also be happy to see them on the vita.

My super pie-in-the-sky answer will always be Panzer Dragoon Saga or the whole trilogy from the Sega Saturn era.

I don't want to pay $60 for remasters. I want to pay $60 for new innovating games, new franchises even.
