Historically, the Mario Kart series has been a multi-million-units series: 8 million people owned Mario Kart 8 (and it’s the lowest one, not counting pre Wii figures). That’s still nearly 4 times the current Switch install base.

Don’t disagree. But for those of us who did take the plunge with the Wii U and spend $70+ on this game already, it would be a nice gesture to give us a steep discount. Like an upgrade fee, essentially.

I honestly don’t understand all of the complaining about the weapon degradation. I’ve upgraded my weapon stash to the point where I can carry a max of 16 different weapons and I STILL have a tough time making room for more.

If they made them last a little longer, I’d be happy. Best of both worlds.

When you buy a Wii U in 2015 expecting it come out that year and instead wait 2 years (and buy another Nintendo system) I wouldn’t call it on time. Don’t get me wrong it was worth the wait but I personally would have skipped the Wii U if I would have known.

Well since we’re here, what were (are, technically, but really were) your favorite Wii U titles?

Nintendo gave up on the Wii U like two years ago so it’s really hard to blame anyone for doing it now!

I’m a registered Independent in Kentucky. That means I do not get to vote in our primaries (they’re closed), and my tendency to vote Democrat is thwarted every. Single. Time. At the federal level, anyhow--we occasionally vote in Dems for state positions.

Yet I continue to vote. In every election. Have since 2000.

But does every game produced for the Switch have to be a graphical powerhouse? I could see games being made with the handheld option in mind, if it’s a touch screen then having smaller more mobile style games, etc.

We still can’t get decent powered gaming laptops to do that. Somehow I don’t see something the size of a tablet being able to run Skyrim both well and a long time.

This. My daughter loves YouTube and she gets mad when I am incredibly restrictive on who she can and cannot watch. I watch the content before I let my daughter watch the channel.
