Can we please make mal-aligned high beams a fine? It can be anything from 30 years old to 5 years old, but it's annoying every time.

I'm with you there. I never understood why a 15-ton truck and my 1.5-ton car have the same speed limit on and off the highway. Driving a modern car at 75 is nowhere near as challenging as driving a truck and trailer at 55, and, hypothetically, me taking my car around a corner at 45 would be safer than that same truck

Now playing

I don't think it will take you that long to see hangtime, bud.

Ford's argument is the price they could offer the new Ranger at in the US, without changing around their manufacturing significantly, is so close to a similar F-150, they may push themselves out of the market. With either V6, the F-150 didn't do that much worse, mileage wise, but is a much more comfortable and capable

Focus RS Euro Spec is in the 350s in a DI Turbo 2.3L. What do the Ford engineers know that the BMW ones don't then?

IRS is still probably a no-go. Just because they tested it doesn't mean it's actually coming.

I just can't hit my want button for this. There's so much more fun to be had for $7500.

What most people don't realize is that they often create the extra time themselves. We don't want it to take any longer than you do. 45 minute deals are fantastic. The problem is, if we DON'T qualify right, and we land on the wrong car, we either take three times as long, or lose a sale.

I drive in the land of horse and buggies every day (Amish Country). I pass on the left probably 2-5 times daily. You always have to be super aware of curves, crests, intersections, etc. Often times I am stuck behind one for 1/4th mile because a crest I can't see over is coming up, but I'd rather do that than be paste

With 3 made, what aftermarket were you expecting to be there?

It is fitting for the price. Not the price of the car, but the cost to develop an interior versus the amount produced. Only 3 will be made, so they didn't devote THAT much time, as the time spent versus reward will be dramatically less than a good interior in their $250,000 offerings.

Was going to drive down, then the snow happened. :(

Lots of identical design elements, just rearranged.

Smart is a subsidiary of Merc. Makes sense they'd be close by.

Yes, his engine originally had 2V heads. Cam Phaser tick was common on the 2V heads. You don't have to stay with 2V heads, but you may have to adjust your injectors and programming, as he did, as he had very little power with the stock injectors on a 3V.

I have a customer with a 5.4L 2001 F-250. His engine had some problems with the ignition, so he got some high-po Trickflow Mustang heads, upsized injectors, and a chip.

Also, the value of every single one in the country has now tripled and search traffic has quadrupled.

It's so bad, it's cool. I totally want it, sorta like a Saab. There's no question about it, this is now in my brain forever.

And lose 70-80 HP for 20 pounds of torque? No thanks.

It's basically black with a high metallic brown flake over it. Anytime it's not in the sun, you'd think it's black. Anytime the light catches it, it lights up.
