Facts are facts. Theories should be presented/taught as theories. Believing a theory is called faith. Promoting adherents to a theory is religion.

Interesting theories but for this to be presented as fact is laughable. I’m not sure anything he said can stand up to accepted scientific methods. It is not testable or provable. Same old assumptions. I understand that these are the best theories. But to teach as facts...
For international flights to central america I need the full 50# bag for supplies. My clothes for the week go in the carry-on and important stuff like electronics, bible, full emergency change of clothes, etc go in a backpack that stores under the seat. Most other travel is just the carry-on and backpack. (clothes…
Ya, I certainly don’t get up early every day, but I have learned to really enjoy quiet mornings. I think your life perspective has a big part in it. As a christian, I am just awed by each new day. To witness that God is still in control. To see that the earth’s tilt and rotation is still exactly right so that the sun…
I understand, it may not work when you have to get up at a set time. However, just set the alarm and get up. Then, over a period of time you will learn to listen to your body about when to go to bed.
Or just do what my grandfather taught me. Go to bed when you get sleepy and get up when you wake up. You will find that your body will set its own best rhythm.
The problem is that the more grip they have, the more mud they pick up. Then I forget to take them off at the door, and I have to sleep outside with the dog. We do have a lot of freezes, but also a lots of thaws, which means more mud. I prefer boots with a soft rubber compound street shoe tread that are easy to wipe…
Hmm. From the title I thought this was about those $4.99 clip-on cell phone lens kits.
Just a little corn starch mixed in is like magic to ring back consistency . Plus a dash of fresh spices.
Thanks, You are right. And I agree that the wood is probably as clean as the containers for the take-out. Plus our immune system will handle it.
Just a note. Wood is almost impossible to clean since bacteria gets right into the fiber. No health department would allow a restaurant to serve food on unsealed wood. For example, wood butcher blocks are not allowed in any commercial food prep.
“ it was built some 650 years before Machu Picchu, around 800 CE.” What is CE? Can someone translate that to AD-BC for the rest of us?
This used to be rules that if not followed would void your warranty. THEN, research proved that it was bunk. Now no manufacturer requires this type of break-in. I think more research is needed before blindly following this advice. However, everything in moderation is always good advice.
And evidently, they work for painting your hair also.
Got to admit a recent encounter that I’m glad wasn’t videoed. A very large and aggressive coy dog came into our yard late at night and was challenging/hunting my two outside farm dogs. The ruckus woke me up and I went to the back door in my underwear to see what was going on. The only weapon I could quickly find was…
Ya, my bank loves me and wants to pay me whenever it can. They have nothing to gain. They are just really nice people who love to give me so much money back.
Portability.... The best camera is the one you have with you when you need it. Unless you work in a studio...
I wonder how that compares to a long Jacuzzi tub soak?
Best part of summer! To extend it, I dry tomatoes in a dehydrator. Store in a ziplock bag. In recipes they taste almost as good as fresh and much much better than off-season tomatoes.
