@Josh: So? Doesn't mean there should be another thing on that list.

@SCN55: " I don't really understand how it could be considered unconstitutional, seeing as you know, God forbid parents would have you put in the effort to raising their kids. "

@Josh: "So don't buy those things for your kids. Problem solved."

@pahncrd: "The parent needs to decide the context of the gaming experiences so as best to prepare the child for the content and help the child understand the fantastic nature of the game and the real life consequences of mature content."

@Josh: "These laws don't effect adults and never will."

@Josh: Slippery slope

@Josh: It's a big deal because it won't be "M-rated games" it would be an entirely different rating system.

@Killer Toilet: "I approve of this bill being passed, but only to keep kids hands off of inappropriate games for their age group. "

@vyleside: "Are movies in america not age classified? Can a 5 year old walk into a shop and buy hostel without question?"

@vyleside: " Making those ratings recognisable by the law sounds sensible."

I'm actually kinda nervous about this, I mean to me it is OBVIOUS that games are protected like movies, books, and television.

@RockyRan: How do you know the AVERAGE intelligence of a 10 year old? Have you done your own independent study?

@iadagraca: "i might enjoy it if it didn't involve any sort of physical harm...and she was at least moderately hot... "

@iadagraca: I'm extremely skeptical of the statement of that one man, even so I doubt in the majority of rape cases men "enjoy" it since fundamentally having something done against your will IS NOT ENJOYABLE.

@evilfrog1: Children have very similar body features in either gender because the extreme sexual dimorphism doesn't occur until during puberty.
