I’d have to go in several stages, and some are definitely random:

Definitely, I was sitting there with my buddies and between matches, they announced that and we just rolled our eyes. That’s just WAY too much. It was almost as bad as them putting a KFC commercial between 2 other matches that had Ziggler dressed as the Colonel beating the crap out of the Miz in a chicken costume.

During the show, between matches, they announced that they were adding 7 more PPVs per year. So there will be 5 joint PPVs(Mania, Summerslam, Royal Rumble, MITB & Survivor Series I assume) and then the other 7 months of the year, there will be a separate Raw and Smackdown PPV. So 19 total instead of 12 now

From day 1, this end result was very predictable. People were declaring it “the game they’ve been waiting for their entire lives” before actually seeing any gameplay or even knowing what the game was actually about. How can that not lead to some level of disappointment in the end?
