Yeah, definitely wouldn’t hurt. I’ve used mine and let heavier guys up to 250lbs workout with them successfully. Gotta love a cheap DIY (the manufactured rubberized cannonball grips run anywhere from $45-90 and actually require less grip strength due to texture).
